Dear Market Participants,
We refer to the Network Service Provider’s (NSP) obligation under Section 15.3 (b) of the Rules for the Green Energy Option Program (GEOP Rules) in ERC Resolution No. 08, Series of 2021 to submit the required GEOP End-Users information to IEMOP as the CRB.
GEOP End-Users Information
NSPs shall submit to the CRB the following information with respect to the End-Users that have qualified to participate in the GEOP and have already met the required demand threshold with information if they signified interest in GEOP:
a)Customer Name;b) Billing and service addresses;c) Account number;d) Customer contact information (telephone numbers and e-mail addresses);e) Meter number;f) Meter specifications (interval metering, channels); andg) Site and Equipment Identification Number (SEIN) of the grid metering point of the Distribution Utility where the supply of the end user passes through.
Please submit to the CRB the foregoing information by filling-out the Google form found in this link , (One (1) submission per GEOP end-user) and select the submission as “GEOP” in the Customer Information Form. In addition, kindly be reminded that Section 53.3 of the GEOP Rules requires a Distribution Utility (DU) to regularly update and submit the required data every fifteenth (15th) day of the month, without need of further notice. This advisory shall take effect on 15 November 2021.
Separate advisories will be issued as regards the registration of the RE Suppliers with GEOP CRB and the switching process for qualified GEOP end-users.
